The Magic Soup Diet – The Soup Diet for weight loss

Day 4: Soup. Bananas and skimmed milk.

Day 5: Soup at least twice a day. Include meat (125-250 grams), accompanied by a medium-sized can of tomatoes or six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water.

Day 6: Soup at least once. Meat and vegetables in desired quantities. No potatoes.

Day 7: Soup. Brown rice, natural fruit juices, and vegetables.
